DK9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the DK9 platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of DK9 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

DK9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or by other appropriate means. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and DK9.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use DK9 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DK9 does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18, and we actively implement checks to verify player age.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information — including name, date of birth, or payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended DK9 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to the DK9 platform.

DK9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your DK9 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. DK9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by someone else who gained access to your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify DK9 support immediately.

You must not allow any other person to use your DK9 account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Sharing an account — whether with a family member, friend, or any other individual — is prohibited.

DK9 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. All bets placed and transactions made while you are logged in are considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us otherwise without delay.

4 Deposits & Payments

DK9 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed quickly via the JazzCash network
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa network
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via the Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard transfers from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit Card — payments via Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. DK9 does not charge additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or wallet provider if unsure.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. DK9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, DK9 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request additional documentation before any further activity is permitted.

Deposits are credited to your DK9 balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment network. In the majority of cases this is near-instant, but processing times can occasionally vary depending on your payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If the original method is not available, DK9 will work with you to identify an alternative, subject to verification requirements.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method confirmation.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been completed in full.
• There must be no open investigations or security reviews on your account.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for the selected payment method.

DK9 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's own processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

DK9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where there has been unusual account activity. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the player's part.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

DK9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, enhanced odds on cricket and PSL fixtures, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are always displayed on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at DK9:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games or bet types are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• DK9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or any breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance that remains unplayed after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet any minimum odds requirements specified in the promotion terms to contribute towards wagering.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on DK9 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules that apply.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid regardless of the stated odds at the time of selection.
• Odds changes: Live odds are subject to continuous change. DK9 may suspend markets at any time — for example, during a live cricket match at a key moment such as a wicket or DRS review. Bets placed before the market suspension remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip at the time of placing your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable cutoff, or if there is clear evidence of a pricing error. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• Postponed and abandoned events: If a cricket match or other sporting event is postponed or abandoned, standard rules for that sport apply to determine how bets are settled. PSL and T20 international rules follow the tournament's official playing conditions.
• Accumulator bets: In an accumulator, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections carry forward as a reduced accumulator. The voided leg is effectively removed rather than treated as a loss.
• Disputed settlements: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

8 Casino & Games

DK9's casino section includes live dealer tables, video slots, Bingo, and other game formats. The following rules apply across all casino and game products:

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino tables, by real-time dealing conducted by trained dealers. DK9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection during play: If your connection drops mid-game, any active game round will be completed according to the game's own rules. If the round cannot be completed, the stake is typically refunded. Specific disconnection policies vary by game provider.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault — such as a game loading error or a display malfunction — DK9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to your account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error are not payable.
• Game availability: The availability of specific games may vary and DK9 does not guarantee continuous access to any particular title. Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended at the discretion of the game provider or DK9.
• Bingo: Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled session basis. Players must purchase tickets before the session starts. Tickets purchased for a session cannot be refunded once the session has begun.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

DK9 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting any pricing error, software bug, or technical fault for financial gain
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a risk-free profit ("arbing" or matched betting across the same platform)
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment details
• Laundering funds through the platform — DK9 conducts standard anti-money laundering checks and will report suspicious activity as appropriate
• Providing false information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person
• Any other conduct that DK9 determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage or to harm the integrity of the platform

DK9 monitors all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, DK9 reserves the right to withhold winnings, close accounts, and recover any funds obtained through such conduct. DK9's determination on fair play matters is final.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

DK9 may suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You fail to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity
• You request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
• We are required to do so for legal, security, or compliance reasons

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. If the closure is not related to a breach on your part (for example, a voluntary closure request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard checks.

You may request to close your own DK9 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed promptly. If you close your account and later wish to return, you may register again unless a self-exclusion period is in effect.

11 Responsible Gaming

DK9 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming and sports betting should be enjoyed as entertainment — not as a means of generating income or solving financial problems. The following tools are available to all DK9 players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your DK9 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration, helping you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can self-exclude for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or bet.
